The heater wasn’t functional, possibly needing a seasonal check!!! Third-floor room despite request for a first-floor, check-in process needs improvement!!! Cleanliness seems to be a low priority, leaving much to be desired!!!

I had a rough start checking in, but the staff member at the front desk was super helpful. The room was clean and had nice amenities, but the dining area could use more seating for everyone to enjoy breakfast comfortably. I would consider coming back, but I'd check for improvements first.

We really enjoyed our trip to the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo. my kids were thrilled to see the animals up close! The room, while basic, was a decent resting spot after a long day. The kids loved the small pool area too!
My wife says that the bathroom could definitely use a thorough cleaning to make it more family-friendly.

We had an awesome trip with friends! We checked out a game at Parkview Field and visited the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo. The staff was helpful, and having free Wi-Fi was a plus! Just know the place could use some updates.
However, I did notice that one area needed cleaning, there were a few stains on the carpet in our room.
